PROMOTION TIMING: The “You Could Win a Trip to the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on November 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on December 14, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes: (1) You may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by clicking on the Sweepstakes link in the email you receive from Bridgestone and register for the Sweepstakes by complet ing the online entry form; or (2) You may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by completing an Official Entry Form (or hand print your name, complete address,day and evening telephone numbers, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” paper) and depositing your entry in a ballot box at participating dealer by close of business on December 14, 2008. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted.

Limit one entry per person/email address throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older as of date of entry. Employees of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC, the NFL Entities (as defined below), its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, distributors and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2), to the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, HI on February 8, 2009. Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s residence, standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one room, double occupancy), attendance at the Pro Bowl and $1,000 spending money, awarded in the form of a gift card. (ARV: $5,940). Ten (10) FIRST PRIZES: A set of Bridgestone Tires, awarded in the form of a gift certifcate. (ARV: $599 each).

Twenty-five (25) SECOND PRIZES: A $100 NFLShop.com gift certificate. (ARV: $100 each). Total maximum ARV of all prizes is $14,430.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one prize per household. Actual retail value of Grand Prize trip may vary due to winner’s residence and time of travel. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Trip to the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl must be taken on dates and at times determined by Sponsor (which are subject to change) in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits. In the event that the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl does not take place as scheduled or for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents such as a valid photo ID. All taxes on a prize and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize, not expressly specified, are a winner’s sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Grand Prize trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. If the Grand or a First Prize is won by a person not of age of majority in his/her state of residence (a “minor”), prize will be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian, who must execute all eligibility documents on behalf of minor and accompany minor on trip, if applicable. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Gift cards or gift certificates are subject to terms of use of issuer.

Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION, ODDS AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing, conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, on or about January 5, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected as a winner depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by overnight or regular mail. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about January 7, 2008. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential Grand Prize winner within forty-eight (48) hours from the time winner selection is accomplished. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return via facsimile and/or overnight UPS, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and except where prohibited, publicity release (travel companion will be required to sign and return liability release with Grand Prize winner’s documents) (collectively, the “Release”), within three (3) days of notification in order to receive the Grand Prize. If winner fails to return the Release within three (3) days or if winner is deemed to be ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received, if time permits. If Grand Prize winner is not reachable at the telephone number, address and/or e-mail address provided and a forwarding address and/or e-mail address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. Release package will be sent to the Grand Prize winner via e-mail/facsimile and/or UPS overnight with a pre-paid UPS overnight return envelope. First Prize winners will be required to sign and return within 10 days, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. If required documents are not returned within 10 days of date printed on notification letter or if any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. First and Second Prize winners may be required to verify his/her address, within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: a) they will comply with the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final; b) they hold harmless and release Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC, the NFL Entities (as defined below), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and the respective directors, officers and employees of the foregoing entities (collectively “Releasees”) from all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including but not limited to the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; c) Releasees do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of the prizes and their components, except in regard to the Sponsor, for any limited warranty provided with the First Prizes; and d) if a winner, by acceptance of prize, to grant use by Sponsor and its agents (except where prohibited) of winner’s name, hometown, likeness and/or comments about winning for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes in all media without additional compensation, and upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from among all eligible online entries and ballot box entries legitimately received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: Federal and state courts situated in the state of Tennessee shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the Sweepstakes; and the laws of the state of Tennessee shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the state of Tennessee.
